The purpose of the association is to promote the interests of Oxford Orphanage/ Masonic Home For Children at Oxford, and the welfare of it's Students and to perpetuate the History of the Home by: 

1. Active cooperation

Maintaining a spirit of loyalty and devotion among it's membership for the   Home.

Undertaking special projects developed by the president and the board of  directors to promote financial assistance to the home and it's students.

Cobb Center for an Evening of Fellowship and Reflection!

 

As we welcome you home on Friday, October 8th, we’d like to invite you to share some special events with us.

 

At 7:00 p.m., John Wiley, Class of ’49, and Herbert Colenda, Class of  ’47, will be here to share their reflections about growing up at Oxford Orphanage.   We have asked them to share their stories about Scouting and the Victory Corps, along with other memories of life at Oxford.

 

We hope you will join us for a dessert buffet at the conclusion of our speaker presentation

 

From 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the newly renovated Ligon Gallery will be open, and we welcome you to experience this illustrated journey through the Home’s history.

 

Simply RSVP, acceptance only, if you’d like to join us at the Sallie Mae Ligon Museum & Archives, Friday, October 8th, 2010, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., for our speaker presentation, with a dessert buffet to follow.
